Good to be Back

It’s been a long time since I don’t visit this site of mine. I was so very busy for the past five months. I have lots of work to be done. I am still schooling tha’ts why i didn’t have much time to visit nor updated my blog. But now that I am back, I could start again blogging.

I love blogging since it was first told me by one of my friends at school. I learned from him many things. One of them is blogging. When you are a  good blogger, you must be open minded and diligent to your writings. Because the reader’s are very specific to the topic they are reading. Paanu kaya magluto ng laswa ng tambo?

Ang laswa nga tambo ay isa sa mga pinakaburitong pagkain na native ng mga Pilipino. Ito’y isang uri ng lutong gulay. Kung ikaw ay magluluto nito, ito ang ilan sa mga sangkap:

1. tambo (bamboo shoots)

2. takway (stem of abalong)

3. hipon (shrimp) or crab

4. saluyot or any leafy vegetables

5. young corn

6. coconut milk (gata)

Preparasyon:

1. Kailangang hiwain ng manipis na manipis ang tambo, at saka pigain ng asin at banlian.

2. Magpakulo ng tubig sa kalan ng may katamtamang dami ayon sa dami ng tambo na lulutuin.

3. Kapag kumulo na ang tubig, iligay na sa kaldero ang tambo at hintayin itong lumambot.

4. Paglumambot ng ang tambo, iligay na sa kaldero ang iba pang sangkap gaya ng takway, saluyot, young corn (mais) at hipon o crab.

5. Paglumambot na ang takway at hipon, ihahalo na ang gata ng niyog, lagyan ng asin upang magkaroon ng lasa at saka hintayin itong kumulo.

6. Pagkumulo na ito, tikman, kapag ito’y kulang sa lasa, dagdagan lamang ng asin at maghintay na kumulo uli. Maya lang ito’y luto na at pwedeng ihain at kainin.

Ganito lamang kasimple at  kadaling lutuin ang lawsa nga tambo. Kung ika’y allergy sa gata ng niyog, pwede din na huwag ng isama sa iyong sangkap ito.

“Living in a Paradise”

In a far away place from the heart of the city, there stands a place named Brgy. Mongpong. This place is a house of many living things. There are lots of trees all along the road that serves as shed. There were also animals farm animals that living.

Our house is in the middle of the fishpond. It is called “White House” because the of its color white. It is the most popular house in our place because there are many celebrities that been there way back in the year 1990s.

It is nice living in our house. You can have peace of mind because of the ambiance of the place. A nature look like place when you live in our house. A place that is not yet civilized by the new ear of technology. A place were you can still see the structure of the land which is no yet developed.

If you were given a chance to choose where to live forever? What will be your choice? For me, I’d rather live in a remote place where there is still a paradise like place. A place where you are able to relax, meditate from you what you have mistaken done, to have peace of mind and get along with your special someone or family. It is longing wish for my life in the near future. Simple yet happily ever after just like fairy tales.
